"For some reason I thought I had written a review on Dog Rose Brewing Co. and I realized I had not, which bothered me, as how much I enjoy everything about this place. To start with, let’s talk about the people doing the work to keep this place running and handling a packed house with grace. They are all the salt of the earth in my experiences which has probably numbered 20 visits by now. Special call out to Brooke, Tyler, and Decker!! Now let’s talk about the beer. Pretty much ranks on the top of my list of craft beer breweries and I have been to a few. And then there is the live music. One random night I decided to sneak in for a quick beer and Artimus Pyle of Lynyrd Skynyrd fame was playing with a full team of percussionists and A level musicians. What a treat! So yeah, if you are in St. Augustine and looking for a full experience, Dog Rose is a great choice."
