About Us
We're Dog Rose Brewing Company, and we've been a brewery and brewpub here in St. Augustine, FL, since 2017. Our handcrafted ales and lagers are brewed with style and tradition in mind. Whether it be a German styled Hefeweizen or Maibock to a fruited sour or West Coast IPA, only the best ingredients are used to capture the flavor profile we’re looking for. We started this business to provide the St. Augustine area with a top notch brewery, delicious craft beers, and a gathering place to listen to live music, and have fun with friends. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve St. Augustine and the surrounding areas. The bartender at this brewery saved me. I was walking to an AIRBB. My group abandoned me. My phone was dead. It was past closing time and I was lost in a city I did not know. I saw the lights were on and the door was open so I desperately asked him to charge my phone. We talked about his (good) taste in music. He charged my phone for me. I asked probably 15 other people for help and they all refused. I was wearing dress clothes and was very clearly a redeemable human. The bartender here helped me when no one else would, he may not know it. But he saved me. Thank you my man. Thank you so much. A true Good Samaritan. You don’t have to be religious to know how to do the right thing. He did it when nobody else would and in turn I got home safe. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

We had a really good ipa and a maibock I really enjoyed. The food is better than I expected. Sliders were full of flavor and they have possibly the best chicken tenders I have ever had.

The Newest IPA was delicious. Palace Pale as well. Nice shuffleboard and the occasional live music.
UPDATE they seem to have moved away from NEIPAs.
